Kolleega+ – more than a consultant

A good colleague is like a friend. They think about what’s best for me, celebrate my successes, bring joy, and inspire. They are genuine, trustworthy, and respectful. They support and listen, and with a good work friend, even work doesn’t feel like work — things just flow naturally.

A good work friend is like Monica Uusiniemi is to me. We’ve been colleagues for over 8 years, working together on service design projects and always brewing some new business idea as a side project. We’ve shared the same values and never felt like traditional contractors or consultants — rather, we’ve become part of our clients’ teams as colleagues. What motivates us most is helping clients achieve results, drive change, and rediscover the joy of doing.

Together and individually, we’ve developed new services, processes, and operating models for clients — from ideation to implementation. We’ve acted as architects of change, especially in the public sector, driving long-term impact. Always wholeheartedly. Always side by side with the client.
