The youth employment service Nexti> was born out of concern for the poor employment situation of young people. A young person without work is a young person without direction. How can we ensure that young people become part of working life—now?
We wanted to be part of the solution, to give back. Courage grows through action—deeds instead of words. That’s why, as service developers, we didn’t just stand still; we rolled up our sleeves.
Finland has surged to the top in Europe in youth unemployment:
👉 In June, as many as 23% of under-25s were unemployed.
👉 75,000 unemployed job seekers under the age of 30 (06/2025).
👉 27,000 young people with no work history at all (2022).
👉 Youth unemployment benefits cost around €580 million annually.

This is not acceptable - there is room for new solutions.
A humane future is built now.
